Product Overview
OmegaPack, in partnership with Polynk (JWELL subsidiary), offers a high-efficiency sheet extrusion line engineered for the production of APET, PETG, and CPET sheets. Designed with mature Chinese technology, this line is recognized for its operational stability and increased output efficiency — over 30% higher compared to conventional systems.
The line also supports a range of thermoplastic materials including PS, PP, and PE, making it highly adaptable for multi-industry manufacturers.
Applications
This extrusion line supports a wide variety of applications across food packaging, industrial processing, and high-clarity display needs:
PETG Sheets
Known as “low-temperature PET”, PETG offers high gloss, excellent transparency, and barrier properties. It is ideal for high-frequency processing, adhesive bonding, and thermoformed packaging in electronics, medical devices, and retail trays.
CPET Sheets
A modified PET with excellent heat resistance, CPET is commonly used for microwave-safe food packaging, ready meal trays, and oven able containers.
PET Optical Grating Sheets
Designed for high-end visual packaging and branding, these stereoscopic sheets are used in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, tobacco, stationery, and promotional materials like cards, posters, and labels.
