The Horizontal-Type Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line, supplied by OmegaPack, is engineered to produce high-strength, rigid yet flexible drainage and utility pipes in diameters ranging from approximately 40 mm to 1,500 mm. It features:
A high-efficiency single-screw extruder for HDPE and PP
Conical or parallel twin-screw extruders for PVC
A horizontal shuttle-forming machine with sealed water-cooling and vacuum molding
Online flanging and high-precision double-knife cutting
