Product Overview

OmegaPack, in collaboration with Polynk (JWELL Group), offers a precision-engineered extrusion line for producing PC (Polycarbonate), PMMA (Acrylic), and GPPS (General Purpose Polystyrene) sheets and plates. This line supports the manufacturing of high-transparency, impact-resistant, and optically stable sheets used in advertising, signage, architectural glazing, light diffusers, and display technology.

Equipped with a high-output extruder, advanced calendaring system, and temperature-controlled lamination unit, this system provides consistent surface finish, dimensional accuracy, and superior optical clarity.
