PE & PP Wood-Plastic Profile Floor Extrusion Line

Product Overview
The PE & PP Wood-Plastic Profile Floor Extrusion Line by Polynk, distributed exclusively through Omegapack, is engineered for the production of WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) profiles using polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) as base materials. This line delivers durable, visually enhanced products ideal for indoor and outdoor flooring, fencing, railing systems, and industrial pallets.
Utilizing a two-step production method and five-machine co-extrusion technology, the system enables manufacturers to create products with rich surface textures and natural wood-like color patterns, all while maintaining structural strength and long-term durability.
Applications
This extrusion line is suited for a broad range of WPC profile products, including:
Outdoor decking and balcony flooring
Indoor composite flooring solutions
Fencing and guardrails for residential and commercial spaces
Durable pallets and load-bearing planks
Landscaping structures and exterior design elements
Production Method
The system uses a two-step extrusion process:
Pelletizing Phase:
Raw PE or PP mixed with wood fiber is pelletized using either a conical or flat twin-screw extruder.
Profile Extrusion Phase:
The prepared pellets are processed through a conical twin-screw or single-screw extruder, shaping them into final profiles.
This process ensures excellent material blending, consistent extrusion quality, and enhanced surface finish.
Co-Extrusion System Features
The line incorporates a five-machine co-extrusion setup, enabling:
Multicolor surface effects
Layered material structures for improved wear resistance
Deep-textured wood grain patterns
Enhanced UV and weather resistance
This multi-layer design not only enhances aesthetics but also improves performance in outdoor environments.
