OmegaPack, in collaboration with Polynk (a JWELL Group brand), offers a specialized extrusion line for processing PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) and PPSU (Polyphenylene Sulfide) — two high-performance engineering thermoplastics known for their exceptional strength, temperature resistance, and chemical durability.
This extrusion system is engineered to produce rods, pipes, and plates with precise dimensional control, thermal stability, and superior surface finish. Built with high-temperature extrusion capability (up to 400°C+), the line supports critical component manufacturing for sectors that demand reliability under extreme stress and temperature.
