OmegaPack, in collaboration with Polynk (JWELL Group), offers a high-performance extrusion line engineered to produce thick plastic plates using PP (Polypropylene), PE (Polyethylene), ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), and rigid PVC. With production widths up to 2000mm and thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 30mm, this line is optimized for applications requiring structural strength, chemical resistance, and dimensional precision.
The system is built with high-stability extrusion controls, efficient heating zones, and surface quality optimization for end products that meet the demands of industrial, medical, electrical, and advertising applications.
