OmegaPack, in collaboration with Polynk (JWELL Group), introduces a high-performance TPO + PP Foam Composite Sheet Extrusion Line, designed to produce multi-layer composite materials with outstanding heat resistance, flexibility, and structural strength.
This production line integrates a specialized TPO screw design, uniform plasticization, and a precision-controlled lamination process, enabling one-step surface texturing and hot-press bonding. The final composite sheet delivers excellent impact resistance, thermal insulation, and recyclability — making it ideal for automotive interiors, heat shielding, and reusable packaging.
