ABS, HIPS,PMMA Refrigerator Plate, Sanitaryware Plate Extrusion Line

ABS, HIPS,PMMA Refrigerator Plate, Sanitaryware Plate Extrusion Line

Product Overview
OmegaPack, in partnership with Polynk (a JWELL Group subsidiary), offers an advanced sheet extrusion solution tailored for the production of single and multi-layer plastic sheets using materials such as ABS, HIPS, and PMMA. This extrusion line is purpose-built to serve demanding industries like refrigeration, bathroom sanitaryware, advertising, and interior design—where material consistency, surface gloss, and dimensional stability are critical.

Engineered for medium to high-output manufacturing environments, this line combines the mechanical expertise of JWELL with OmegaPack’s regional support network across Pakistan and the GCC. The extrusion process is highly controlled and automated, ensuring reliable sheet quality with minimal waste. The equipment is compatible with various die configurations and includes integrated melt pumps, precise T-die systems, advanced temperature regulation, and energy-efficient motors.

Whether you are producing refrigerator liners for leading appliance brands or bathtub panels for residential projects, this machine delivers consistent results over long production cycles.

Materials Supported

  • ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) – Known for toughness, chemical resistance, and thermoformability

  • HIPS (High-Impact Polystyrene) – Lightweight and cost-effective for interior panels

  • PMMA (Acrylic) – Offers optical clarity, UV resistance, and a glossy finish

  • Co-extruded Sheets – Supports layered or laminated configurations for decorative or structural applications

Applications

  • Appliance Industry: Inner liners, door panels, and structural sheets for refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners

  • Sanitaryware & Bathroom Panels: Bathtubs, shower panels, and waterproof decorative wall cladding

  • Advertising & Display Boards: HIPS or PMMA sheets for signage, POS displays, and branded panels

  • Interior & Architectural Design: Colored or laminated panels for false ceilings, wall cladding, and modular interiors

  • Automotive & Industrial Use: Low-weight, impact-resistant panels used in dashboards and interior trims
