Aluminum and Plastic Composite Panel Extrusion Line

Product Overview
OmegaPack, in collaboration with Polynk (JWELL Group), offers an advanced extrusion line engineered for producing Aluminum-Plastic Composite Panels (ACP) used widely in modern construction, transportation, and signage industries. This machine line is built to meet the growing regional demand for lightweight, durable, and weather-resistant cladding materials that also offer design flexibility.
This fully integrated extrusion system supports various core materials—such as polyethylene (PE) or fire-retardant (FR) fillers—sandwiched between two aluminum coil layers. The system is equipped with a high-efficiency extruder, multi-layer co-extrusion capability, high-precision T-die, and automatic lamination equipment, ensuring continuous production with excellent bonding strength and surface flatness.
With complete temperature and pressure control, this extrusion line guarantees superior surface finish, peel strength, and production speed making it ideal for manufacturers seeking quality output at scale.
Materials Supported
Polyethylene (PE) - Common core layer for general ACP sheets
Fire-Retardant Materials (FR) - Used for fireproof ACP panel production
Aluminum Coil Laminates - Outer face sheets for cladding, signage, interiors
Adhesive Films - Thermal adhesives for high-strength lamination
Applications
Building Facades & Curtain Walls: ACP is a preferred solution for high-rise and commercial exteriors due to its light weight, weather resistance, and surface uniformity
Interior Design Panels: Used in ceilings, partitions, and decorative wall elements for commercial and residential interiors
Transportation Sector: Suitable for bus, train, and trailer cladding and signage due to its durability and design flexibility
Advertising & Signage Boards: Flat, printable surfaces make ACP ideal for branding, wayfinding, and outdoor display boards
Industrial Equipment Cladding: Used in machine covers and cleanroom walls requiring non-corrosive, lightweight surfaces
