Product Overview
The DYSSG Pipe Crusher and Shredder from Polynk, offered by OmegaPack, is a powerful, PLC-controlled two-stage recycling system engineered to handle large-diameter and long-length plastic pipes. This solution allows direct feeding of PE, PP, and PVC pipes up to 1600 mm in diameter and 3–6 meters in length—without the need for pre-cutting or manual processing.
By combining a horizontal shaft shredder and a secondary crusher, this system delivers uniform, finely crushed output with minimal noise, low energy consumption, and maximum safety.

Operational Flow
Pipes are loaded directly into the horizontal feed channel
Feeding groove closes automatically to secure the material
Hydraulic pushing system forces pipe into the shredder shaft
Initial shredding breaks pipe into smaller pieces
Material is transferred via conveyor belt to secondary crusher
Final particles are produced at a uniform, finely crushed size
This setup allows continuous, high-capacity recycling of oversized and long-format pipe waste.
