Product Overview
The High Pressure RTP Twisted Composite Pipe Extrusion Line, offered by OmegaPack, is engineered for manufacturing three-layer RTP (reinforced thermoplastic) composite pipes. These pipes feature a PE100 inner pipe, a high-strength reinforcement winding (such as aramid fiber, glass fiber, carbon fiber, or metal wire), and an external PE100 protective layer. Aramid-reinforced models withstand working pressures of 9–14 MPa and burst pressures up to 40 MPa.
