Product Overview
The Large Diameter Pipe Recycling System, available from OmegaPack, is an industrial-grade solution for the recycling of oversized plastic pipes. Designed to process PE, PP, and PVC pipes up to 1600mm in diameter and 6 meters in length, this system eliminates the need for pre-cutting.
The system includes a hydraulic pushing mechanism that feeds the pipe into the shredder’s central shaft for primary breakdown. The pre-shredded material is then transported via a conveyor belt to a crusher for secondary crushing—ensuring uniform, process-ready granules for reuse or further processing.
