PE Carbon Black Copper-Plastic Composite Extrusion Line

Product Overview
OmegaPack, in collaboration with Polynk (JWELL Group), offers a specialized extrusion line designed for the production of PE-based carbon black copper-plastic composite sheets. These composite conductive materials are manufactured by blending carbon black, metal powders, or foils with non-conductive polyethylene (PE), then laminating a copper sheet onto the surface.
The resulting product combines the mechanical strength and processing flexibility of polymers with the conductivity of metallic materials, making it an ideal solution for industries requiring electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, shielding, or conductivity control.
Applications
Composite conductive sheets produced by this line are widely used in:
Petrochemical and Oil & Gas Facilities
Static-control materials for chemical storage, transfer systems, and industrial flooring
Electronics Manufacturing
Anti-static trays, packaging, and enclosures for sensitive components
Textile Industry
Protective components in spinning and weaving equipment exposed to static buildup
Printing and Paper Processing
Static-dissipative sheets and machine liners to improve safety and material handling
Industrial Automation and Robotics
Conductive liners, covers, and barriers for electronic systems requiring EMI shielding
