OmegaPack, in collaboration with Polynk (a JWELL Group subsidiary), offers an advanced extrusion line specifically designed for the production of PLA (Polylactic Acid) sheets — a fully biodegradable, compostable, and plant-based alternative to conventional plastics. This extrusion system is compatible with both pure PLA and modified PLA blends, supporting manufacturers targeting green packaging, food containers, disposable cutlery, and hardware trays.
Equipped with a closed-loop pressure and speed control system, metering pump, and precision roller drive, this machine delivers consistent sheet thickness and surface quality while maintaining high output and operational efficiency.
