PP Honeycomb Board Extrusion Line

PP Honeycomb Board Extrusion Line

Product Overview

OmegaPack, in partnership with Polynk (JWELL Group), introduces a high-efficiency extrusion line for producing PP (Polypropylene) honeycomb boards — a lightweight, durable, and high-strength panel solution designed for automotive interior parts, transport packaging, and industrial paneling.

The line supports single-layer and double-layer honeycomb configurations, along with double-sided lamination or leather coating, allowing for wide adaptability across structural and decorative applications. These boards offer excellent rigidity-to-weight ratio, shock absorption, and thermal insulation, making them ideal for commercial and industrial use.

Applications

PP honeycomb boards manufactured by this line are widely used in:

Automotive Components

  • Truck bed cover boards

  • Trunk sidewalls, clapboards, and carpet bases

  • Interior ceiling and decorative panels

Industrial & Returnable Packaging

  • High-strength transport boxes, crate dividers, and custom-fit inserts

  • Shock-absorbing substrates for machinery and electronics logistics

Construction & Furniture

  • Structural lightweight panels for interior walls, partitions, and insulated enclosures

Cold Chain and Thermal Insulation
