Product Overview

The PVC Pelletizing Extrusion Line from Polynk, available through Omegapack, offers a highly efficient solution for producing uniform PVC pellets used in a wide range of extrusion and molding applications. Engineered with optimized screw design and automation, this line provides stable plasticization, rapid pellet cooling, and large output, making it ideal for manufacturers who process both hard and soft PVC materials.


Applications

This system is designed for the granulation of:

Hard PVC:

  • Foamed profiles

  • Pipe fittings

  • Cold-extruded profiles and sections

Soft PVC:

  • Transparent PVC tubes

  • Medical hoses and tubing

  • Protective goggles and flexible products

The granules produced are suitable for downstream applications in extrusion lines, injection molding, or blow molding.

  • Conical Twin-Screw Extruder (customizable based on soft/hard PVC)

  • Precision Pelletizer Head

  • Cooling Conveyor or Water Ring Cooling System
