Product Overview
The Silicon Core Pipe Extrusion Line, offered by OmegaPack, blends an HDPE outer substrate with an internal silica gel solid lubricant core, delivering extremely low friction coefficient for cable blowing operations. These silicon-core tubes, often in duct sets of 3, 4, or 8 micro-ducts, support high-speed unwinding, outer casing consolidation, synchronous traction, cutting, and recoiling under computer control. The pipe’s inner layer bonds permanently to the HDPE wall, is corrosion-resistant, and simplifies trench-free cable deployment in railways, highways, and telecom infrastructure. The clean internal wall supports cable blowing up to 1,000–2,000 m per run.
