Product Overview
The WPC Pelletizing Machine, offered by OmegaPack, is designed for granulating wood–plastic composite materials by blending plastics like PP, PE, or PVC with natural fillers such as wood flour. The output pellets are ideal inputs for WPC production—used in decking, fencing, furniture, and decorative profiles.
The system integrates a parallel twin-screw extruder with automated downstream pelletizing—the wind-blowing collection and cooling unit—and achieves high automation, precise mixing, and consistent pellet quality.
